Mr. Flores has over 25 years of experience in eDiscovery, specializing in data preservation, review, production, and forensic collection. With a proven track record of navigating complex legal landscapes, Mr. Flores has successfully managed countless high-stakes cases, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
Throughout his career, Mr. Flores has directed client data preservation strategies, guiding organizations through the intricacies of compliance and risk mitigation. Mr. Flores is also recognized for his extensive experience in cybersecurity and data security within the eDiscovery space, implementing robust protocols to safeguard sensitive information throughout the litigation lifecycle.
Mr. Flores previously worked as Acting Interim Director of eDiscovery and Practice Support for ArentFox Schiff in New York. As a champion of information governance, he has consistently delivered tailored eDiscovery solutions that optimize efficiency and minimize costs for clients across various industries.
Mr. Flores continues to drive innovation in eDiscovery methodologies, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to streamline processes and enhance outcomes. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Kean University, a master’s degree in public policy from New England College, and a PhD in computer science with a concentration in Cybersecurity and Information Governance from Colorado Technical University.
