Polina DeClue is an associate in the Dallas office of Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors.

Ms. DeClue earned her Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2024. While in law school, Ms. DeClue served as a Notes Editor of the SMU Science & Technology Law Review and was involved on the Board of Advocates. Ms. DeClue regularly competed in moot court competitions, and her commitment and advocacy earned her induction into the Order of the Barristers honor society. Ms. DeClue was also a Student Attorney for the SMU Criminal Justice Clinic, where she tried cases for indigent clients in Dallas County.

Prior to joining Brewer, Ms. DeClue interned for the Honorable Terry R. Means in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, assisting with a wide range of criminal and civil cases.

Ms. DeClue received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and World Languages from SMU in 2020. In her free time, Ms. DeClue coaches one of the moot court teams at SMU Dedman School of Law.
